Event Request Process & Form

Office of Undergraduate Enrollment Event Request Form

To ensure smooth coordination and preparation for upcoming events, we kindly request all staff to submit event requests at least 8 weeks in advance. This time frame allows us to adequately plan and accommodate your needs. Please fill out the event request form and ensure all relevant details are included. Should you have an urgent request, please complete the form promptly and follow up with an email to Rosemary Martin Edwards, Associate Director of Visit Experience, at for expedited assistance.

Event requestors must provide the following information:

  • Preferred date(s)
  • Event time
  • Preferred event location
  • Target audience
  • Anticipated audience counts
  • Facilities/dining/technology needs

To request an event, please complete the Event Request Form.

The Events and Visitor Services (EVS) team will be in contact within 72 business hours of completing the form to discuss event details and options further.

If outreach will be conducted for the event, requestors should adhere to the following guidelines:

  • The Office of Assessment and Technology (OAT) Team requires users to submit a data request at least 7-10 business days prior to the first outreach. Data parameters and outputs should be specified.
