Admitted Student Open House

On-Campus:

1. In order to register for an on-campus Admitted Student Open House, you will need to activate your Directory ID and set up Multi-Factor Authentication.

2. Visit the on-campus Admitted Student Open House registration link and select an available date/time from the drop down menu.

   1. Guests can only register for one on-campus date as space is limited. If your preferred date does not appear on the registration form, that date is currently at capacity. As cancellations are processed, spaces may become available.

3. Complete the registration form and submit. A confirmation will be sent to the registered attendee’s email address after completing the form. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive one.

4. A few days prior to the event, a reminder with important details about your visit will be sent to the email address you registered with.

• Living on campus

• Freshmen Connection, a program for Spring 2025 admitted students

• UMD’s first-year invitation programs (Available for students who have been invited to BioFIRE, Carillon Communities, College Park Scholars, FIRE or the Honors College. These first-year invitation only programs provide community for students through shared classes, research and service projects, and special events. Some programs offer living accommodations.)

• Transitioning to life at UMD

• Financial aid & merit scholarships

• Pre-professional advising programs (for students interested in pursuing law or a variety of health professions)

• Opportunities through UMD’s Education Abroad program
